Service Description

Even though you’ve already made the decision to seek help, finding the right therapy and the right therapist can feel a little daunting. To make it easier, you can have a 60 minute free initial call, online via Zoom, where you can get to know about the way we would work together, to see if we’re a good fit. During this consultation you can tell me why you are looking for help and I’ll be able to understand how I can help you. *there is a £10 refundable holding charge, which you’ll either get back if you decide not to have sessions, or will be deducted from your first therapy session.
